Let's prepare the phone for work first.

Clearing memory in Samsung phones through the engineering menu
This feature does not exist on all Samsungs. You can find out by performing all the necessary actions for which the rights of the "superuser" (ROOT) are not needed. So what do we need to do:
On your smartphone, in the dialing line, enter the engineering menu code * # 9900 # and press the call button:
In the window that opens, select the item "Delete dumpstate / logcat":
