Alexander Nuzhdin- Russian radio and TV presenter, DJ.

Biography

Education

In 1990 he graduated from MPEI.

Work

After graduation, he served in the army. Managed to work as a translator. He often visited clubs, so he became one of the club's DJs, and later a host on Radio Maximum.

In 1991, he performed for the first time as a DJ at the Palace nightclub. Then the problems were the lack of records, Alexander played like all other DJs on vinyl records.

The first club in which Nuzhdin began to work on a permanent basis was 2 * 2. Since the Irish were its owners, they were able to get a lot of vinyl, on which Alexander played. Played in the style of R'n'B, then techno and house. In the end, he settled on lounge music due to the fact that the audience at the Garage club, where she then worked, did not dance much. And more and more sat. But this direction turned out to be difficult - it was necessary to keep the audience and increase the average bill.

Since 1998, he began to work more in cafes than in clubs. So he became a DJ in the pyramid.

In 1997, he was not heavily loaded with work on Radio Maximum, so he could combine this work with the work of a DJ. Now he is the most famous DJ in the capital, he played in many clubs, and he created some projects himself. He is proud of his performances in Garage, Utopia, JetSet and XIII clubs.

The program was so popular that listeners even recorded all the broadcasts on cassettes, which can still be found today. The FM cafe program with his participation has become the best music show in Russia. He also hosted the program Checked by Electronics, in which he became an author and talked about retro music.

In 2007, he became the TV presenter of the show One Against All on the TV Center TV channel.

In January 2009, he became a resident of the Pacha club, and in 2010 of the We Are Family and Playhouse clubs, as well as the El Chiringuito Es Cavallet restaurant in Ibiza.

In 2011, he became an official resident of Cafe Del Mar in Ibiza, after which he became the first Russian DJ to perform on Ibiza's most famous radio station, Ibiza Sonica.

Now he works as an art director of the Spettacolo restaurant, a resident of the Sun Sea Bar restaurant in Ibiza and the Moscow club ICON. Lives in Moscow.

His mother was a cellist.

Colleagues recognize him as a successful and charismatic leader.

At the time of his work as a DJ, he did not have knowledge of this technique, but he quickly learned. His teacher was DJ Oleg Odzho.

Represented Russia at culture days in Brussels and Stockholm.

He has the title of the best lounge DJ according to the Moscow Lounge Festival.

He became the first Russian DJ working in Ibiza at Cafe Del Mar, since then he has been representing our country there constantly. Annually presents its Nu Jazz program at the Usadba Jazz festival. The voice of radio host Alexander Nuzhdin will soon be heard on the air of Rock FM radio station. The DJ spoke about this on social networks: “23 years on“ Maximum ”are over. Rock FM!!!" This concise post on Instagram in a short time gained more than a thousand likes and a couple of hundred comments.

All interested parties refused to make statements. The DJ didn't make any additional announcements either. The program director of the Rock FM radio station said that comments about Nuzhdin's future in a new place would be given by the radio station's press service. However, on May 26 on Instagram himself told about what Nuzhdin will do on the air 2 author's musical programs, the format of which was tested earlier and listeners liked.

Nuzhdin's appearance on RockFM is, in my opinion, a logical continuation of his impressive radio career, - said Stolz.

It is known that Nuzhdin will lead the program "Electronic tested" (Wednesday, 21-00) about the music of the 80s and a hit parade of curious facts about rock celebrities Friday's Chart (Friday, 19-00, repeat on Sunday at 13-00). Information is posted on the Rock FM website in the Programs section.

The dismissal of Alexander Nuzhdin from the radio does not prevent him from remaining the brand voice of the radio station. Promos and jingles previously recorded by the radio host are broadcast. "Maximum" has the rights to these materials and uses them at its own discretion. Probably, Nuzhdin's past (RMG) and new employer (Multimedia Holding) do not consider the simultaneous appearance of a well-known presenter on two metropolitan frequencies to be critical.

It remains to be guessed about the ethereal present of the owner of one of the most recognizable and interesting voices in Russian commercial broadcasting. We do not know what voice form Alexander is in now, since for a long time his projects were not heard on Maximum radio. According to some reports, Nuzhdin had problems with his voice. The premiere of new shows on 95.2 FM will answer all your questions. Coming soon on Rock FM and in our section.

After 5 years, one of the most popular morning radio shows unexpectedly closes. For several months now, the Russian Media Group holding, which includes Radio Maximum, has been shaking from showdowns. The holding intends to buy a state-owned enterprise in order to implement on its basis the project of "the most effective system of ideological and propaganda work with the population." It is clear that not everyone agrees with this.

Medialeaks put together the whole story and talks about how the propaganda reached music radio stations.

The morning show High Society began airing on Radio Maximum on June 15, 2010. It was hosted by Olga Maksimova, Igor Pankov, Alexander Bon and Kolya Macleod, who left Nashe Radio. The latter soon left the team.

Every weekday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am for five years, thousands of car owners were stuck in traffic listening to this program.

“I've been turning on High Society every working day for four years now, and all of a sudden this. Now I don’t even know what to listen to entertaining in the morning, ”says Nikita, a car enthusiast.

On the radio website, the show and "well-known to listeners" hosts are called "an integral part of the air." However, unexpectedly for everyone on Sunday, the hosts simultaneously posted on their Instagrams a post about the closing of the program and invitations to a farewell party.

Each host has between 9,000 and 12,000 followers, and each of these closing posts has over 500 comments.

I just saw this sad news ... Without Olechka's witty jokes, Sasha's wild neighing and Igor's good jokes ... Well, how now? Beacon where you'll rock!

Olga, this is just terrible news. My husband and I follow your company from one radio to another ... Good luck to you and the guys! I hope that we will hear all three on the new radio.

I returned from vacation, and here is such a nightmare😔 roaring with burning tears😓😓😓 Sasha, I love your show!!! And I can’t imagine my morning without your trinity @pankovigor @olgamcsimova 😔😞 this is just wild news for me.

Alexander Bon posted a video on Monday evening and urged people to leave suggestions on the name of the new morning show that they are preparing with Pankov in the comments. On Tuesday afternoon, he posted a photo of the Nashe Radio radio station on Instagram with the following words:

In the meantime, a petition appeared on the Change.org website to Sergey Arkhipov, CEO of Russian Media Group CJSC, demanding that the entire team be returned to the air.

“Sergey Sergeevich, on behalf of the multi-million army of radio Maximum listeners, I ask you to return the team of the morning radio show“ High society show ”to radio air: Olga Maksimova, Alexander Bon, Igor Pankov. It was these guys who cheered up and gave a charge of vivacity for the day to the whole country. Please listen to the target audience and consider resuming the project at the radio station.”

True, only 283 people have signed it so far. Yes, and Sergei Arkhipov is no longer the general director of RMG.

The reason for closing the show, which the presenters named in their messages, was the change in the leadership of the radio station. There has been a lot of confusion around RMG lately. It would seem, what does state propaganda have to do with it?

What's going on with the radio

It all started this summer, when it became known that the Russian Media Group (RMG) (which includes radio) plans to buy the federal state enterprise Gosconcert. The media reported that the negotiations on behalf of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise were conducted by the producer VIA Zemlyane, the former head of the State Unitary Enterprise Kremlin and a member of the public council of the Federation Foundation Vladimir Kiselev. Headed by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Sergey Bunin, Kiselev's partner.

Then information appeared that RMG could become the basis for a "patriotic media holding", the center of a project to create "the most effective system of ideological and propaganda work with the population."

Many representatives of the domestic show business opposed the sale and even turned to President Vladimir Putin. For some time, a message appeared on the Maximum Facebook page: “The Radio Maximum team is protesting against the sale of the Russian Media Group (RMG) to Gosconcert. However, it was soon removed. Then this was repeated on the page of the Monte Carlo radio station (also part of the holding).

In RMG, 78% belongs to IFD-Capital Leonid Fedun and Vagit Alekperova. Another 22% of the company is owned by Sergei Kozhevnikov.

The latter until the beginning of August was also the general director of the company. However, as business newspapers wrote, he left his post in August as a result of a conflict with the main shareholders. The official reason for his dismissal is the loss of confidence in him.

Kozhevnikov himself is on vacation until October. He immediately declared that he was ready to go to court. In early September, it became known that Kozhevnikov had appealed the dismissal to the Moscow State Labor Inspectorate.

His place was taken by the co-founder of the radio station "Russian Radio" and the former head of the radio broadcasting of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company Sergey Arkhipov. However, a little more than a week later he left his post.

“Sorry for the unfulfilled dreams. I'm leaving RMG. The reasons, I think, are clear to everyone. Good luck to the new management of the company in hard work in the field of domestic show business. All the best!”, he wrote on his Facebook page.

Sergey Kozhevnikov and Sergey Arkhipov are the founders of RMG. Arkhipov told Kommersant that the reason for leaving was the influence of producer Vladimir Kiselev and the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Gosconcert on the RMG.

“One of the first orders from Gosconcert that I received from supposedly new shareholders was to immediately remove from the air the artists who allegedly opposed the sale of RMG to Gosconcert. I signed a contract with IFD Kapital for two years and, according to my agreement with Fedun, I had a complete carte blanche for personnel and program policy. On Tuesday, Fedun's assistants said that I need to negotiate with the State Concert - I'm not going to negotiate with anyone and I'm not going to be a tool to bring relations between Vladimir Kiselev and the artists, it's not my business at all, ”he said.

Apparently, this is just the beginning - the conflict around the RMG is in full swing.

Biographies

Now let's talk in more detail about some of the figures of the radio station. Let's start with He was the general producer of Radio Maximum. He is also a musician - the creator and member of the Chimera group. Gennady Bachinsky was born in 1971, on September 1, in the Yarovoye Altai Territory. He studied at the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University at the Faculty of Computer Science and Automation. In 1990 he founded the group "Deputy of the Baltic". She was later known as the "Chimera". Died in 2008 in an accident.

Stillavin Sergey Valerievich was also the presenter at this station. He participated in a radio duet with Gennady Bachinsky, already mentioned above. The surname Stillavin is a creative pseudonym, officially he is Mikhailov. He was born in 1973, March 17, in Leningrad. As a child, he was actively fond of the magazine "Science and Life", attended a film school. At the age of 11, another important event happened. Grandfather gave him a movie camera. From the age of 12, he regularly wrote to the publication "Young Technician" and tried to interest the magazine with his inventions: special design projects for cars. However, the "Young Technician" responded with a standard refusal.

Bukharin Andrei Valerievich also worked on the radio. He is a Russian music critic and presenter. We are talking about one of the leading experts in Russia in the field of contemporary music. He was the creator of the magazine OM. Since 2004, he has been a columnist for the Russian project. Since 2008, he has hosted a weekly program called "Russian Lessons" on the Maximum radio station. Since 2010, the program has been on the air of Nashe Radio. There it was called "Native speech". Under the auspices of radio programs, rock festivals were held, and a series of discs were also released.

His voice and name are familiar to fans of FM radio, and he can also be seen behind the DJ console in the best clubs in Russia and Europe.
And not so long ago, Alexander Nuzhdin became the host of the popular One Against All game on the TV Center channel.

Alexander, did you go to TV because you wanted to try something new?

- In fact, in addition to what everyone knows, I also had experience as an actor. I starred in two films by Karen Shakhnazarov: "Courier" and "Full Moon". I can say right away that acting is not my thing. Therefore, I realized that television is closer to me. And indeed, I decided to try myself as a leader.

At the time when you became a DJ on the radio, this profession was considered far from being serious ...

- At the age of 21, for me, such a choice was quite serious and logical.

And your parents didn't mind?

- Dad insisted that I graduate from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. As did he and my older brother. But a penchant for the exact sciences

I did not have. But there was a penchant for foreign languages. However, I did go to college then. But then he went into the army. And when I returned, I realized that there was no point in continuing my studies: I forgot almost everything that they had taught me. Then - quite by accident - I was invited to try out as a DJ. Out of pure curiosity, I agreed. At first he did some reporting to prove himself. And then by all possible and impossible ways got into the air. Although I never had any ambition to be a great radio presenter.

What will change with your arrival as the host of One Against All?

- I think that they will give me more freedom of action within the framework of the program. Since "One against all" is enough

If it’s a real game for money, then the player’s emotions must be real. And the audience needs to feel it. And I act as a croupier, who, in fact, should not care who wins. It's like I'm just dealing cards. Accordingly, my behavior in the frame should also develop.

Imagine yourself in the place of the main player. What question could you get to?

– It is very difficult to answer. Let's start with the fact that I'm not a gambler. And to imagine me as a participant in the game "One against all" is quite difficult. And of course, I'm not an erudite. And to calculate what question I would have reached due to my luck? .. On the set of the program, I answered five or six questions. No more.

During filming, did you have the feeling that you had already

Do you know what question this or that player can reach?

– No, never was. Players behave absolutely unpredictably. In general, I got the feeling that the less a player knows, the more he focuses on intuition, luck, the more he manages to win. We had one very erudite player. When he came out, it almost read on his forehead that he would now answer all questions and take a million. But the guy broke down, it seems, already on the sixth question. He quickly took the money he earned and left the game. And there was a girl who didn't seem to know anything at all. But she answered, albeit at random, but so confidently ... That is, by the player, by his behavior before the game, it is absolutely impossible to say how he will play in the end
